- Welcome pack 1.000€ VAT Free: This pack includes help setting up a bank account and adding direct debits for all your expenses linked to your new apartment (utilities, coop fees, internet) as well as name change on mail boxe, introduction with building caretaker, liaison with building management company so when you come to your new home, you can relax and enjoy it, hassle free;

- Monthly memberships including:
weekly check on your property, watering plants and mail pick up, scanning, translating and sending it by WhatsApp, pinpointing what actions need to be taken. Attending yearly Coop board and voting as wished on raised points;

1 bedroom membership 500€ VAT FREE
2 bedroom membership 750€ VAT FREE
3 bedroom membership 1.000€ VAT FREE
4 bedroom membership 1.250€ VAT FREE

- Taylor made Concierge services such as groceries, flowers, Opera or theatre tickets, table booking, private guide visits to museums and art galleries.
